During July and August bookings are generally Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Outside of the main holiday period,

we also welcome long weekend breaks and short stays. Please contact us for details.

 

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking. Bookings are not confirmed until the completed booking form is returned

via email and the deposit received - within 3 working days of making the reservation. 

 

The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

 

You may only cancel the booking if notice of cancellation is received in writing (via email) from the lead guest. 

 The following cancellation charges will be payable:

• If notice of cancellation is received more than eight weeks before the holiday commencement date, the full amount of the deposit is forfeit;
• If notice of cancellation is received between eight and six weeks before the holiday commencement date, you will remain liable to pay
• a sum equal to 50% of the total accommodation price;
• If notice of cancellation is received between six and four weeks before the holiday commencement date, you will remain liable to pay
• a sum equal to 75% of the total accommodation price;
• If notice of cancellation is received less than four weeks before the holiday commencement date, you will remain liable to pay the whole
• of the total accommodation price.

We highly recommend you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.

 

Bed linen (with the exception of cot bedding) and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby bath can be provided at no additional cost

provided the requests are made at the time of booking.

 

Pathways from the car park to each gite are level. Ground floor bedrooms and bathroom facilities can be available in each gite.

Access to the pool side is possible by wheelchair, although there are no physical aids for entry and egress from the pool itself.

 

A refundable security and breakages deposit of 300€ per gite per week is also payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. This will be refunded in

full 1 week after rental completion if there are no breakages, etc.

 

Pets cannot, unfortunately, be accommodated.
